Happy Yoga
- Child's Pose (balasana)1. Begin in child's pose (balasana) with your big toes together and knees apart. Drop your belly and chest between your knees. Soften your breath with a few deep inhales and exhales.
- Cobra Pose (bhujangasana)Slowly slide along the floor into cobra pose (bhujangasana). Lift through your heart, soften your shoulders, and take deep, slow breaths.
- Warrior 1 Pose (virabhadrasana 1)Pivot your left heel down and in, step right foot between your hands, and lift your arms overhead into warrior I pose (virabhadrasana I).
- Reverse Warrior Pose (viparita virabhadrasana)Lower your left arm to your left leg. Lift your right arm alongside your right ear in reverse warrior pose (viparita virabhadrasana).
- Downward-Facing Dog (adho mukha svanasana)Windmill your arms to the floor and lower your body into a lunge, then step your right foot back to meet your left foot in down dog.
Repeat steps 4 through 6 on your right side. - Corpse Pose (salamba savasana)Finish the sequence by relaxing in a supported corpse pose (salamba savasana): fold a blanket and position it under the length of your spine to help arch your upper and middle back and lengthen your lower back.
Bridge Pose (setu bandha sarvangasana)Bend your knees, draw your heels up near your butt so you can touch your heels with the your fingertips. Inhale and lift your hips up. Roll onto your shoulders, and interlace your hands underneath body for bridge pose (setu bandha sarvangasana).
It reduces stress, anxiety and other mental problems resulting in a better health. Performing meditation helps to provide inner peace to an individual. By the regular practise of yoga we can have a very peaceful and deep sleep. It also helps to maintain the energy of the body throughout the day and so we will be active. The body weight and fitness of the body can be well maintained with the help of yoga. So yoga is very good to health. The regular practise of yoga will surely keep as healthy in life. Prenatal Yoga
